WHAT ARE SHOW HOURS
General Admission Hours are from 10 AM to 4 PM.
VIP Ticket Holders are granted EARLY ENTRY AT 9 AM.
A complete, all-day program has been thoughtfully designed, with a variety of new activities, demonstrations, and experiences for guests to explore and enjoy, every hour of the day.
What is the Cost of the Event?
The first 250 guests to pre-register online will receive a FREE GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET! Act quickly—once these coveted tickets are gone, they are gone and online tickets will be available at a discounted rate of $10, or you can purchase tickets at the door for $20, space permitting.
Want to feel extra special?
VIP Tickets can be purchased in advance for only $35!
VIP Tickets include early access and VIP SWAG bag which you must be present to receive.
Keep in mind—no VIP Tickets are sold at the door.
How can I sponsor or participate at the event with my business
We are currently accepting applications for the upcoming event. You will find all necessary information on the PARTICIPATE AT EVENT page on this website.
Is the Event Wheelchair Accessible?
Yes, the event is held on the first floor and bathrooms located inside are also handicap accessible. Handicap parking areas are available.
Where is the entrance to the event?
All event attendees are required to enter through the MAIN LOBBY doors of the hotel, where you will be guided to event registration. THIS IS THE SOLE ENTRANCE TO THE EVENT. If you park on the left side of the hotel at the Grand Ballroom entrance, you will need to walk around to the lobby entrance to gain access to the event.
Are Pets Allowed?
Only service animals are permitted at this event. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. You must show certification at registration to enter with a service animal.
Is Food and Beverage Available at the Event?
Crowne Plaza provides a wonderful food and beverage (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) concession during the event. Cash and credit accepted.
Restrictions and Requirements
- NO SOLICITATION OF ANY KIND
Promotional and marketing materials including business cards for any business other than a participating-contracted vendor may not be distributed at any time before, during and after event. Solicitors will asked to leave.
- Photography and Videography
By entering and by your presence at this event, you enter at your own risk, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry constitutes your consent to such photography, filming, and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice and name for any purposed whatsoever in connection with the production being produced by Taste of Rhode Island and/or their agents. You understand that photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you by entering this area.

By entering premises for event, it is understood that neither Pat Cruz Events and/or their agents nor Crowne Plaza Hotel will be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to You or Your personal belongings.
