Earth to Pisces!
With Neptune at home in your sign, you often seem to be living on your own planet. But a lot is happening on this one that needs your attention this year—so you’ll need to keep at least one foot in the “real world.”
This could mean cutting back on certain addictive substances or behaviors which you might use to escape. Fortunately, with Jupiter and Saturn spending most of the year in Aquarius, you have both the optimism and the discipline to do so.
This doesn’t mean you have to abandon your inner life. If anything, you’ll want to double down on meditation and other spiritual practices, as they’re extremely beneficial for you this year. As Jupiter and Saturn challenge Uranus in Taurus (Jupiter-January 17; Saturn-February 17, June 14, and December 23), you’ll need all the Zen you can get to stay calm, centered, and fully present.
The key distinction to make is between spirituality and spiritual bypassing. When life gets chaotic, sometimes the most enlightened thing you can do is to stay with your discomfort and engage with what’s happening around you. After all, Pisces, not everyone in your life is as tuned in to their inner guidance as you are to yours. Your wise, calm presence in their lives is an indispensable influence.
As Jupiter visits your sign from May 13-July 28, this otherworldly aura is turned up to 11. Others see you as being “in this world, but not of it.” And this attracts many friends and family members to ask you for advice. With Uranus in your house of communication, though, the message may be more radical than what they’re expecting to hear.
Still, Mercury in Gemini (May 3-July 11), helps you translate your ideas so that loved ones feel like you’re speaking their language. The trick is taking a genuine interest in where they’re coming from, and seeing situations through their eyes. With the north node in Gemini and a solar eclipse in the sign on June 10, curiosity about your family members’ lives can end up teaching you a lot about your own as well.
As Venus and Neptune align at the new moon in your sign (March 13, 2021), it’s truly a match made in heaven. Still, Pisces, when relationships seem “too good to be true,” they usually are.
Neptune infuses human relationships with the divine energy of unconditional love. But this can confuse things in romantic situations, which by their very nature are conditional. While Neptune can forgive anything and everything, Venus rightfully rejects unattractive and unloving behavior.
With Venus in your sign (February 25-March 21), you’re urged to put self-love and self-worth first when making relationship choices. Her sextiles with Uranus in Taurus and Pluto in Capricorn encourage thinking about love in radically different ways, in relation to your own dreams and plans. At the same time, though, unexpected connections can appear in your life that feel simply meant to be.
June and July are beautiful months to spend time with that special someone. As Venus, the sun, and Mercury move through Cancer, their trines with Jupiter and Neptune in your sign create a cozy, creative atmosphere. Cook up a candlelight dinner, curl up on the couch with a sexy film, or do something more mystical like reading each other’s Tarot cards. However you spend this quality time together, take care to set a dreamy mood where it’s safe to relax and unwind.
After all, Pisces, it feels good to lose yourself for a while. Just be careful not to disappear completely into your significant other. As the inner planets transit your opposite sign of Virgo (July 21-September 22), their oppositions with Neptune require you to get crystal clear on what your own wants, needs, expectations, and dealbreakers are. No matter how much someone sweeps you off your feet, it’s crucial to keep your own identity and integrity intact.
Fortunately, the Virgo planets’ trines with Uranus and Pluto help you stay grounded and centered in your own experience. If you’ve given too much of your power away in relationships, you’re supported in reclaiming it now—and manifesting the life and love that you really want.
People call you a dreamer, Pisces. But what they may not realize is that you’re also a doer—at least, when you have meaningful work to do.
The trouble is, you can be so focused on finding your “true calling” that no mere career will do. And by holding out for something bigger and better, you sometimes miss opportunities that are right in front of you. With the south node in Sagittarius, you’re encouraged to let go of old assumptions about your life purpose. Two eclipses in Sag (lunar May 26, solar December 3) can open up new possibilities and set you on a meaningful new path.
It takes confidence to move forward. But with Chiron in Aries, you may still be beating yourself up over past mistakes—especially financial ones. Fortunately, as Saturn in Aquarius forms sextiles with Chiron three times (February 9, June 23, and November 26), you’ll have ample opportunities to set things right. Maintain a forward-focused attitude as you take charge of your money. This helps you build the self-confidence you need to succeed.
Confidence also comes from taking pride in your work. And between June 11-August 22, as the inner planets (Mars, Venus, Sun, Mercury) move through Leo, you’ll have plenty of chances to shine. Even if you don’t see yourself staying at your current job forever, now it’s still an occasion to show off your skills. After all, Pisces, who you are shines through in everything you do.
Still, it’s your own health and well-being—not your productivity—that takes top priority this year. Health is wealth, and a Mars/Venus conjunction in Leo (July 13) brings the perfect blend of effort and ease.
Three Venus/Pluto conjunctions in Capricorn (January 28, December 11, and December 25), help you effortlessly attract people into your life who can help take your career to the next level.
